This first film takes you through the main entrance to Lower House on the ground floor, including the entrance hall with its Minton tiled floor, on the left the sitting room and on the right our dining room. Stairs on the right go up to the bedrooms and on the left is our study and at the back overlooking the garden is the kitchen with its early 18th century slate floor. The latticed back door goes through to the garden and seating area surrounded by the original high castellated stone walls. The garden is completely private even though we are in the middle of the town in a conservation area.

The hangings baskets at the front are usually full of flowers! This film was made in the Spring.

This next film is of the Studios and Garden filmed when our Open Studios event was running in September 2023. The film has been converted to play on the web site here which makes it looks slightly out of focus but I hope you still get a reasonable glimpse of our Art School.
