By booking on any of our courses or accommodation you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

.What’s included
All basic materials for all courses are included in the price and transport to location sites. Collection and drop off at Liskeard Railway Station for guests arriving by train.
All residential courses are full-board including tea/coffee and snacks throughout the day. One day courses include coffee, lunch and tea.
.What’s not included
Alcoholic drinks, some specialist art materials. If you prefer to use your own materials and use canvases then do bring them with you. There is an art shop close by and we do keep some smaller canvases for sale.
We have four rooms available for guests; all are en suite but are different sizes.     We charge the same course fee for all the rooms. If you require a single room it will be available, we will not ask you to share. Rooms will be allocated in order of booking. If all our rooms are filled there are recommended local B&Bs nearby.
Application requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to attend any course.
Health & Safety
All guests are responsible for their own safety and must at all times act also with the safety of other guests in mind.
We will advise of any hazardous substances and an introduction to the school will be given on arrival.
We are following government advice at present. We hope to start up our courses later in the year and will update any information here when we can.
Special requirements
We will be pleased to try to cater for special diets. Those with special requirements should discuss this with us before booking. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater for all but we will try.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy etc. We regret that we are unable to accept persons who are not fully mobile.
A deposit of £150 per person must be paid at time of booking. This is non refundable after fourteen days. Non painting partners pay £100 deposit. The balance of the fee, also non refundable, is payable six weeks before the course start date.
If we have to cancel your course before it starts we will refund your fee in full.
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, any liability shall be limited to the refund of fees to those booked on to the course concerned. No liability shall be held to any other party or for any other costs incurred by the participant.
All bookings are considered firm and no fees are refundable if you have to cancel. It is therefore recommended that you purchase suitable holiday insurance. We are happy to consider a request to reschedule a booking to a subsequent course. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the course or prices without notice.
Vouchers are valid for one year.
We have one cat and therefore unable to accommodate guest pets.
For the benefit of all and to comply with legislation, Lower House and the Art School are non smoking areas.
Group Bookings
A discount is available for a group booking of six.
The booking will have to made through one person who will be regarded as the group leader through whom all arrangements will be made.
