We provide weekend and half term residential courses for Primary School teachers. Our courses are designed as refresher courses for trained art teachers but also for teachers who are teaching art without having had any formal training.

So often art teachers do not have time to develop their own work and forget what it is like to be a practising artist. We run courses to help develop new skills, develop existing ones and provide inspiration for teaching at all levels.

• Printing without expensive equipment

• Successful projects in drawing

• Explore colour in imaginative ways

• Help in organising gallery visits or to local sites

We will supply all the necessary equipment you will need but you are welcome to bring additional items if you prefer. It is useful to have a digital camera and if possible a portfolio to keep your work in, especially if you are travelling by train.
